Thank you for choosing CellTech Research. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below These terms are governed by Verity Tech LLC, doing business as CellTech Research.

All products sold by CellTech Research are intended solely for lawful laboratory research and scientific investigation purposes. Customers are responsible for ensuring that purchased products may legally be received and possessed in their jurisdiction.

2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment verification and order approval.

Most orders placed before the daily processing cut-off time will be prepared for shipment on the same business day. However, order processing times may vary due to:

  • Order verification requirements
  • Payment review procedures
  • Inventory availability
  • Holidays and weekends
  • High order volume periods
  • Weather or operational disruptions

CellTech Research reserves the right to delay shipment when additional order verification is necessary.

3. Order Cut-Off Time

Orders submitted before 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Friday, are generally eligible for same-day processing.

Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on recognized holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

4. Shipping Destinations

At this time, CellTech Research ships to addresses within the United States only.

We currently do not ship to:

  • International destinations
  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
  • Freight forwarding services
  • Any location where shipment would violate applicable laws or regulations

CellTech Research reserves the right to refuse shipment to any destination at its sole discretion.

5. Shipping Carriers

To provide reliable delivery service, CellTech Research may utilize one or more of the following carriers:

  • UPS
  • USPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL (where available)

Carrier selection is determined based on destination, shipping method selected, package characteristics, and service availability.

6. Shipping Methods and Rates

Available shipping options and rates are displayed during checkout.

Examples may include:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 Business Days)
  • UPS Ground
  • UPS 2-Day Air
  • UPS Next Day Air
  • Expedited Shipping Services

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and selected service level.

Any advertised free shipping promotions are subject to change without notice and may be limited by order value, destination, or product type.

7. Tracking Information

Once an order has shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier information
  • Shipment status details

Tracking information may require up to 24 hours to become active after the carrier receives the package.

If tracking information has not been received within two business days of shipment confirmation, customers should contact our support team.

8. Delivery Estimates

Delivery times displayed during checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery times may be affected by:

CellTech Research is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been transferred to the shipping provider.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

CellTech Research is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Incomplete addresses
  • Undeliverable locations
  • Customer-provided errors

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.

10. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If a shipment is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, customers must notify CellTech Research within 48 hours of the recorded delivery date.

Upon notification, we may:

  • Initiate a carrier investigation
  • Request supporting documentation
  • Provide a replacement shipment when appropriate
  • Issue a refund at our discretion

CellTech Research reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances and findings of the carrier investigation.

11. Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery of the package to the shipping carrier, where permitted by applicable law.

Once a shipment has been accepted by the carrier, CellTech Research cannot guarantee delivery performance or carrier handling practices.

12. Compliance Review and Order Holds

Because CellTech Research supplies products intended solely for lawful research purposes, certain orders may be subject to additional review before shipment.

We reserve the right to:

  • Request additional customer information
  • Verify purchaser eligibility
  • Delay shipment pending verification
  • Refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion

Orders suspected of violating our Terms and Conditions or applicable laws may be canceled and refunded.
